Who my maintenance plans are for

Small business owners

Your website brings you calls and leads, but you do not have time to update it. You want someone reliable to keep it safe. Most pick Growth.

Growth

Online stores

Every hour your checkout is broken costs you money. You need updates tested before they go live, and someone watching the store. Pick Commerce.

Commerce

Simple sites that just need to stay up

A small brochure site or a personal site with few changes. You want backups, updates and peace of mind at a low price. Pick Essential.

Essential

What WordPress maintenance actually includes

WordPress maintenance is the regular work that keeps a site safe, fast and online. Here is what each part means, and why it matters.

Updates

WordPress, your theme and your plugins get updates almost every week. Most updates fix security holes. Skip them, and hackers get in. But updates can also break things. That is why Growth and Commerce test every update on a staging copy before it touches your live site.

Backups

A backup is a full copy of your site. If something goes wrong, I can bring your site back in minutes. I store backups off your server, because a backup on the same server is lost when the server has a problem.

Security

I scan your site for malware, watch for strange logins and keep a firewall in front of it. Most hacked sites I clean had not been updated for six months or more. Regular care stops almost every attack I see.

Speed

A slow site loses visitors and ranks lower on Google. I check your speed every month, fix what slows it down and keep your images, cache and database in good shape.

Want this done for you every week? Plans start at $79 a month. Cancel anytime.

Uptime

I check your site every 5 minutes. If it goes down, I get an alert and start fixing it, often before you notice.

Fixes

A form stops sending, a button breaks, a plugin clashes with another. Each plan includes fix time every month, so small problems get solved without a new quote.

Reports

Every month you get a short report in plain English. What I updated, what I found and what I fixed. No jargon.

How much does WordPress maintenance cost?

Most WordPress maintenance costs between $50 and $300 a month. Freelancers often charge less, but they may not answer when something breaks. Big agencies charge more, and you talk to a different person each time. Store plans cost more because a broken checkout loses money.

My plans sit in the middle: $79, $149 and $249 a month. You get agency level care from one person who knows your site, with no contract. See my full WordPress maintenance cost guide for the numbers behind each option.

Basic care from a freelancer: about $30 to $80 a month
Agency care plans: about $100 to $300 a month
WooCommerce and high traffic plans: $250 a month and up

How my WordPress maintenance services work

01

Pick a plan

Choose the plan that fits. I send you a secure payment link.

02

Share access

You add me as an admin and share hosting access through a simple form. Takes five minutes.

03

First week checkup

I back up everything, run a full health check, set up monitoring and fix anything urgent.

04

Weekly care, monthly report

From then on, I look after your site every week and send you a report every month.

Maintenance plan, hosting support or one time fix?

Your host keeps the server running. They do not update your plugins, test your checkout or fix a broken form. A one time fix solves today’s problem, but nobody watches your site tomorrow. A maintenance plan does both: it prevents problems and fixes the small ones as they come.

Questions about my maintenance plans

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Every plan is month to month. Send me one message, and I stop billing at the end of your current month. Your site and your backups stay yours.

If you are not happy in your first 30 days, tell me, and I refund your first month in full. No questions.

Small jobs that keep your site working. A broken form, a plugin clash, a layout issue, a content change. New pages or new features are quoted separately. Unused hours do not carry over, and extra time is $45 an hour. I always ask before going over.

Yes. The Commerce plan is made for stores. I test WooCommerce and payment updates on a staging copy, watch your checkout and place a test order every week.

On Growth and Commerce, I clean it for free after your first 30 days on the plan. On Essential, you get 50% off my normal cleanup price. This rarely happens, because weekly care blocks most attacks.

No. I work with any normal WordPress host. If your host is slow or unsafe, I will tell you and suggest options, but moving is your choice.

Yes. From $59 per site per month for 5 or more sites, with reports under your brand.

I send you a secure payment link each month. You can pay by card. Your plan starts as soon as the first payment is done.
